In its quest to recreate an authentic Mexican dining experience, San Jose's Tacos & Tequila doesn't stop at the food—it's also filled its dining room with art imported from Mexico. Customers can admire the colorful paintings and sculptures as they dig into dishes such as chipotle chicken enchiladas, carnitas tacos, and mushroom quesadillas. Behind the bar, staffers shake and blend nine varieties of margaritas, including the beer-rita, which capsizes a bottle of Mexican beer atop a jumbo frozen margarita.
