Ok massage, unorganized and difficult to schedule.

When I called to schedule the couples massage for my fiance and me, they informed me that they had removed the Groupon 6 months prior (though it was still available on the app). It took much respectful persistence to get them to schedule us - they wanted us to return the Groupon to the site and ask for a refund rather than getting the service completed! They then wanted us to still get the massage, but pay the new price they are asking (which is $50 more than the Groupon). When we finally came to an agreement to go ahead with the massages, they contacted me 3-4 times confused about when and where the massages would take place. Upon arriving, the women were very awkward in their demeanor. Also, while I was rubbed with lotion, my fiance's massage was completed with coconut oil instead. They hadn't even offered him a different option. The entire rest of the day he was slippery and oil (which didn't mix well with the hot humidity of Indianapolis). The massage itself was okay, but I would not again pay for what they were asking. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience.
