The Groupon is misleading; forcing clients to choose 3 days and times for each of the 6 weeks, and requiring a $70+ additional payment for "flexible" options is really ridiculous. The attempted upsale during the unnecessarily long "consultation" was quite a turn off and came across as pushy. Additionally, requiring customers to put a credit card on file and to requiring automatic payment and enrollment in the classes is both questionable and inconvenient. Consultant could not provide a clear, satisfactory answer for why this is required and insisted I put a CC on file. Subsequent to the consultation, I emailed the gym twice and have yet to hear back with a response. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired- the classes should speak for themselves and management should've have to coerce people into enrolling into classes long-term.

Very friendly and professional also helpful and instructional trainers. Who really do care that you get the best from your workouts as well as nutritional needs whether you are trying to drop weight or put on mass
