We initially stopped by Relax to check out their selection, once we decided on a mattress I went back the following Saturday to purchase the mattress, only to find the store closed with a hand written note on the door. What kind of retail store is closed in the middle of the day on a Saturday? I sent back the following Saturday after calling ahead and I purchased the mattress, but they didn't have one in stock at the store. I was told I would receive a call on Mon or Tues letting me know when I could pick it up, it's now Wed and I still haven't received a call, even though I called on Tues and left a voicemail. Customer service is lacking!!
