The Travelers Club, White Plains

The whole parking situation was a nightmare. We parked in the parking garage connected to the restaurant/airport. When we asked the restaurant about validating our parking, they said they would take care of it. When we were leaving the parking garage, the parking attendant said we owed an amount and the restaurant did NOT validate our parking. So, we paid the parking fee and went back to the restaurant to get reimbursed the parking fee. The manager said they took the parking fee out of our bill, in order for us to pay for parking ourselves. We were not notified of this when we were settling the bill. POOR service. Our waiter didn't know what vegetables the kitchen had available. He had to go back a couple of times to verify what they had. He was very friendly, but that was about it. The food was decent...nothing memorable. We don't plan to go back again.

Service and food excellent

Good food, friendly service. I had short rib beef barley soup, may have been the best beef barley soup I have ever had.

Great food and nice view of planes. Parking fee is reimbursed.
