I have no complaint at all about the quality of the work itself, but you need to improve your customer service. When I originally called to schedule an appointment, I asked for a Wednesday afternoon and gave you complete carte blanche to decide when. You left a message for me last week saying it would be early this week and that you would call Friday to confirm. I had to call YOU Sunday because you didn't call to confirm. Then you said Monday morning, but didn't show up until mid-afternoon. I am fortunate that my partner was at home all day. Otherwise I would have lost a day of work waiting for you to show up. I certainly can't be your only customer with other time commitments!
