Cha Cha's Doggie Daycare, Sacramento

I had chosen this groupon because it was close to my office and I wanted to look at the place to see if I wanted to take my dog to day care her. The lady at the front desk was training someone and the first time she completely ignored me and was rude when I picked my dog up. She wasn't friendly and was very gruff when I asked questions.

Had the groupon for bath and brush and wanted to try them out before I try boarding. Pros: 1. The facility looked nice on the outside. 2. They dogs get to play with each other :) 3. Staff were pleasant Cons: 1. Parking was not the best. 2. Lack of noticeable signage. I had to do a few drivearounds to find them. 3. The bath and brush service was disappointing, I took my dog home and she now smells a little bit like an under-maintained animal shelter :( I actually ended up taking her to another groomer that to have her freshened up before I take her to my family. Thankfully I didn't have to pay the full price for this service. I guess you get what you pay for.. (From Yelp)
