It took a week to replace my glass screen. I was told I could not wait for it. Each day completion was promised, I was given an excuse for the delay. When I finally received it, it had a defect . When questioned, I was told that a board was going out. But it didn’t have that problem prior. I think they removed my good board and put in one that was defective. Dishonest! Ripped off!

They claimed the voucher as used even though I haven't used it? How can that be? Not very honest, to begin with. I am filing a complaint to get a refund on this one, for sure!!
