As a newbie and older person, I would have liked to have the option to attend a shorter introductory class to acclimate to the hotter temperatures. I was told no and my first class was horrible. I had to lay down as it was too hot for me and the instructor kept prodding me to get up in front of the rest of the class. Not good.

Great instructors great variety of class . Owners very passionate about yogs
