Start thinking about the things you love so your inspiration is in high gear before you walk in the door, an hour and a half goes by really quickly! Super relaxing, fun and freeing!

It is only a 90 min. class, & they really do RUSH you out of there. By the time we got started (after the demonstration, explanations, etc.), it was only a little more than an hour. I know that sounds like enough time to paint something on a glass bottle, but it was about 30 minutes too short since you have to dry between layers. There were lots of people still making beautiful artwork on their bottles who were unable to finish. But if I was paying full price, I would have wanted more time for creativity. For something simple, it was fine. Not enough time to enjoy the experience.

From Our Editors

Inside Art Glass Array?s warm studio, beginners learn basic processes and techniques to cut and melt glass, creating a spread of unique items, including platters, bowls, and wall hangings. Classes in wire-wrapping and dichroic block layering teach skills that can yield beautiful pendants, and advanced classes let students take their craft to the next level by creating matching sets of dishes or sandblasting glass. Students can display their works at the studio?s gallery, which saves refrigerators the burden of having bowls and pendants hot-glued to their doors.
