Bought Groupon to use for family photos for Christmas. Called multiple times and left voicemails with no return calls. Needless to say I never got an appointment to get my pictures done and my Groupon expired. Thanks to Groupon they refunded my money.

We had our pictures taken but when it was time to pick up the pictures the company kept dodging me. Spoke to the photographer/owner who stated that the pictures were in archive - this was about 3 mths later. A year later he promised to have them mailed to me but nothing since. Haven been refunded my money either. Would much rather have the picture because this was a family portrait with my little ones. Tell me you lost the files, computer got damaged and files destroyed but don't tell me that you are going to send pictures and not do anything.

The photographer was really nice and very accommodating! He was open to suggestions on location and even poses Very professional We haven't seen our pictures yet but we are excited to see them!
