Was disappointed that I could not use my Groupon for the full value. I tried to use my Groupon a few days before it expired and reservations were very limited. We ended up having to use it a couple weeks after it expired. Also, I was concerned about the 20% automatic service charge. I would have left a tip for the full value of the meal. However, I really liked our server. She was very customer service oriented.

Will not go back to BiCi Cafe. Terrible experience trying to use the groupon. About 100 exceptions to use the groupon. Seems like they were trying evreyway to get it not to work. Waitress was kinda nice but kept saying "NO" to how we were ordering to fit the rules. Took us days to get a "reservation" and when we went the place was empty the entire time we were there. If they were trying to bring in new customers, it did not work with us.
