I’m very disappointed in the lack of attention in assuring that the correct product is shipped. Now I have to send emails and deal with return shipping issues because of your mistakes!!! I ordered Gucci by Gucci EDT 3.0 oz. and received Gucci Pour Homme EDT 3.0 oz.-completely wrong product. You show a picture of the correct product and my shipping order says I received the correct product, wrong!

It appears that J.C. Penney's general frames are as expensive as other company's designer frames, just saying the savings was taken with the higher cost of the glasses in general. My first time trying on the new glasses one lens was totally blurred that I couldn't see out of that side. They had to remake that lens. The plastic frame was squeaky to open and close the arm, that was weird. I decided to get a more sturdy frame and it cost me $30 more dollar. My statement they gave me with the charges were not the same they charged my flexible spending card, and I am still trying to get that corrected since last November 2018. I was not happy, but it appears with the newer frames the lenses are clearer and more in alignment with my vision. My last time to get tricked into that deal!

there was one person in the place and she knew absolutely nothing about filling a prescription for my glasses or the Groupon offer I have not after 4 weeks received my glasses that was promised to arrive in 2 weeks. I was told the office was broken into so my frames were stolen and had to be reordered.
