Have used them before and bought a new ring from there. However, this time I brought in several items, a ring for resizing, 2 silver bracelets to be cleaned up and polished, for which I was charged $45.00. An antique watch I wanted cleaned. The resized ring was great. However. The bracelets were the same as the day I brought them in. Looked like nothing was done. Said they
Couldn't clean the watch face, don't know why. Salesperson acted as if she was bored or annoyed. Well try a different jeweler next time.
