In 2013, I visited Las Sirenas. No one greeted us, but someone came from the kitchen, he said we could seat ourselves wherever. We grabbed a menu and had a seat. We ordered Calamari, three entrees and one desert. Calamari ($12) came out, there were three pieces on the very large plate. The rest was onion. We decided to not be negative about it. Three entrees came out, they were "eh". Tacos($6), molcajete de carnes($32), carmarones a la diva($16). Desert- we ordered the crepas($4.75), and they were out. We figured it was okay, so we decided to not have desert. We also had a groupon, $40 for $80, so it had a $80 value before the expiration date of 4/2/14. --And to clarify, the date I went to Las Sirenas is 11/7/2013, WELL before the expiration date. We gave the waitress my phone with the groupon, she returned with a receipt. They wanted to charged us $8.75 -- for a $70.75 meal--when we had a $80 groupon... whhhaaatttt. (Also they did not remove the desert we never got) Anyways, we ask the waitress why there was a charge, a man name Pablo approached us and said it was TAX. 10.75% in taxes. May I please refer you to the document below, on page two, "First subtract the coupon amount from the total price of the meal, and then calculate and add the sales tax. The coupon amount is not taxed. " THAT MEANS WE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN TAXED. revenue.state.mn.us/busi… This is considered fraud. Anyways, we ask the Pablo guy to remove the desert-- he refuses. We told him to confirm with the waitress that there was no crepas and she did. He took it off, we had to pay $7.01 in "taxes". If I could give this restaurant no star, I would. So disappointed, in my whole life, this is DEFINITELY the worse experience I have ever had. Groupon should check them out.

We did not get the right order Ordered shrimp cocktail for appetizer got table side guacamole. Also ordered green sauce on enchiladas and got red sauce. Food was good, however would have liked what we ordered vs what our server thought we should
