Castile Restaurant takes its name from a historical region of Spain. This Iberian heritage is reflected in a menu filled with rich wines, chorizo omelets, and fresh seafood tapas. Craft caipirinha and sangria cocktails pair perfectly with small plates of smoked crispy chicharróns and cornmeal-crusted calamari, while entrees of harissa grilled culotte steak and chipotle-crema yellowfin tuna satisfy appetites for inventive European-fusion fare.
Castile's classy yet streamlined interior complements the cosmopolitan nature of the cuisine, with smooth slate walls and copper-colored booth seating bathed in warm light from chandeliers overhead. From the open-air 360° Rooftop bar, you can marvel at the bright lights of downtown St. Pete, take in a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico, and contemplate the 113.8 million annual tons of shipping hauled on the nearby Intracoastal Waterway from their second story patio.
