Extremely confusing process and took my so much longer to buy tickets than it should have. I bought a groupon for two tickets, but then it sent them separately which was incredibly confusing. So my groupon said two tickets with only one voucher code. Then I accidentally thought I bought two groupons so I chatted with an AI bot who could not help me. Then there was a $2 processing fee for each so I spent $4 on that which then brought me to basically the same ticket price and took 5x the amount of time.

I just wish the redemption process was a bit easier, but I liked the product and the value. I will probably order it again.
