Family owned and operated, we want to bring the best of the Cuban & Miami blend of flavors to North Carolina. An array of flavors given off with every delicious bite is enough to make you want to dance the Marcarena

What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Our Cuban sandwich is as traditional as we could possibly get. Slow roasted pork, Serrano ham, melted Swiss cheese, pickles and mustard on fresh baked Cuban bread pressed in a panini & served with fried plantain chips.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Moving from Miami, FL to a small town in North Carolina was a culture shock to say the least. While we love the seasons, people, and historic value of our new home, we tend to suffer from the Miami blues now and then. We wanted to share our old home with our new home.
