The technician was really sweet but they had limited color selection and were out of the color I chose, the massage chair has a very light touch, and the lighting was quite dim. This resulted in the polish not looking as good as expected. As a whole, the technician was solid but the equipment and space does not lend itself to a nice pedicure/experience.

The staff were overbooked, there was a long wait and unfortunately the staff seemed extremely unequipped to do their job well. The environment was nice and the staff were friendly; however the quality and the value were very poor. My gel nails fell off two days after getting them done. And worse my friend's nails (who I went with) came off the next day.
