What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I provide specific warm-ups, active stretches, and proper cool downs outside of your workout routine. This addresses any and all muscle imbalances or aches.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
First, ensuring I do everything possible to achieve the results the client desires. I also send daily or weekly motivational messages to clients via text. All patrons have the option to opt out at anytime.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As a kid I had a vision of what I wanted to do the rest of my life before I turned 14 years old. Also I love having the flexibility of creating my own schedule to spend more time with my family.

What do you love most about your job?
Bringing something different to the table every minute, hour, day, week, or month. Exercise is redundant but it always feels different each time. I also love the rewarding feeling of helping people and seeing their excitement.
