Great price. Great savings. People at Jiffy Liube were very professional and personable. Hgh;y recommended.

I will preface by saying that I am not a mechanic and not skilled at auto repairs. I can change out headlights, replace wiper blades, add engine coolant and check the oil. Pretty basic stuff. I needed an oil change. Do not let them perform services over and above an oil change. They said my brakes failed their test and they needed to charge me about $150 to repair. I had a 700 mile trip to take so I said ok. Then after 30 minutes they came back and told me they were scared to break something so they stopped and proceeded to only change the oil. Shortly after I left, the brake light goes on so I drive with “spongy” breaks for 350 miles. Get to my destination and take the car to a real mechanic and based on his diagnostic, Jiffy Lube made things worse by not tightening valves they opened in attempt to drain the brake fluid. It is not a difficult repair and they could have and should have either finished what they started, or never attempted from the jump. I could have died on the highway because of them. Never again.

Did not have the best experience, paid for the $71.99 plus $87 dollars and then they said that it was for "supplies and taxes". It's not worth it.

The crew went above and beyond providing excellent service for my vehicle. They were thorough and friendly, explaining each step of the process. Highly recommend!
