Did not like this experience. I noticed afterward the place is not clean enough. She seemed annoyed when asked what typeof wax. I told her what shape and how much I wanted taken off. I did not want a full Brazilian wax but she was gonna give it to me regardless. After she was done she said she only gets sugar waxes and that’s what I should do. Which is what I would have paid the difference for :(

If you want to be in an out, this is the place. If you want quality work and customer service- it is not. Also, be careful using the Groupon (maybe tell them before they begin the service) I’ve noticed the staff becomes upset when you present it. Overall though, it’s cheap and they get the job done!

I always go rishi. They are best at their job. Most of the time, 2 of them, they are quick, good, and friendly.
