Jiro’s Japanese Restaurant, San Bernardino

Using Japanese teppan griddles, the chefs at Shogun Restaurant create authentic Japanese cuisine with a modern twist. There, they present a wide variety of teppan style dinner entrees ranging from New York steak to lobster tail all served with a clear onion or miso soup and salad. Their sushi rolls, meanwhile, feature items such as the albacore delight with spicy albacore and cucumber covered with a special ponzu sauce.
