Very professional atmosphere. Everyone is warm, friendly, and helpful from beginning to end. Appreciated the feedback to all of my questions and openness to support in way possible. Felt very comfortable and satisfied with Botox results.

The Doctor, staff, facility and service were all the best ever! I had several issues getting there and other details, and they were eager to help me. Eventually it got ironed out, and the treatment proceeded. Compared to other Botox injections that I have had, this one was almost painless! Dr Chang is not only skilled and competent, she is also friendly, talented, fun and interesting. (Hint: Ask her to sing for you!) I cannot say enough about Beatitude! Thanks to all of you. Donna
