They marked my groupon redeemed before I ever used it. I had a house emergency and was unable to go which I sent a email,that morning and they still redeemed mine and my 2 friends. Horrible

This is the email you sent us, the day that you registered for event your Groupon Is redeemed, it cannot be unredeemed. If you would’ve given us a legit reason or any reason at all for not attending or not being able to make it, you would’ve had a credit but this is all that you sent us saying we won’t be coming. This is a special event and we booked by balancing the equal male to female ratio when you cancel the day of an event it’s very huge inconvenience. This is all that was an email that you sent us that day of the event: “The 3 of us will not be attending this evening. Sorry for the inconvenience. “

There was no options on the website to purchase a speed dating event as far as I could tell so the Groupon had no value.

There's no place redeem my Groupon voucher on the cloud9 website to register for an event. I left few voice mail to cloud9 but no one returned my call, I contacted Groupon may times and they didn't refund my purchase, now I'm going to court it's principal matter.

Did you even try to look on the FAQ page by the way that stands for facts answers and questions for anything that you might need to know other then the basics all your answers are there.
