At first they didn't want to accept my Groupon, it was until I got loud that they agreed. Then the job they did was terrible. trunk wan't vacuumed, interior of doors still dirty. Wheels half cleaned. Debris still in the edges under the good and the trunk. Terrible! I would have paid $10 for this let alone $85. I feel totally ripped off.

This was an extremely half-assed, lazy service that I received. I paid to have a detailed service of the interior of my car and was left with it still filthy in half of the areas and the other half looking very clean. My car is soaked a full day later still, which is making me and anyone else who sits in my car wet.

Argued the Groupon was posted incorrectly so they offered a lesser deal that was more than their regular price. The. Offered to add a hand wax or even more money. Accepted the offer of hand wax for the Groupon and was somewhat satisfied. Vacuuming was horrible. Wiping down the dash was sub-par and leather treatment was just globbed on so I had to wipe down the dash afterwards myself.

Convoy did a good job. The person who received my car said the service I bought the Groupon for was not actually a detailing and wanted to upsell me to a service that was going to cost $250. I went ahead with what the Groupon was for and it was well done.
