The sound system was terrible. For example the clarity static noise. I feel this was the promoter not sure why the concert did not start on time. 1 hour late and to use the stage for 4th district politics was not the right setting. The bathrooms only 2 open in the area you had to roll your pants up due to flooding. Now this was the same for Howard and Whisper when Frankie came on I could not take it anymore. I left the concert....
