Matisse Bistro transforms throughout the day, metamorphosing from a French bakery and coffee bar in the morning to a bistro and wine bar by night. The menu, too, follows this transformation, though more subtly. Chefs make quiches all day, and as the day progresses start crafting hearty sandwiches, paninis and salads worthy of being a meal in and of themselves. The dinner menu features an elegant array of dishes that range from traditional French fare such as chicken cordon bleu and beef bourguignon to more contemporary Mediterranean entrees like curry mussels, sage walnut ravioli, and salmon with quinoa. Dinner patrons can cap off the memorable continental experience with desserts ranging from Nutella crepes to profiteroles.
