Our professional technicians do most repairs within 30 minutes right here on site. Our customers never need to make an appointment as we have parts in stock. We are conveniently open 7 days a week inside the beautiful Fashion Valley Mall. Yes we are a local business.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After years of experience we are able to offer quick, professional onsite repairs to our customers while they shop the mall. We pride ourselves on serving our customers with the same respect and service we expect as customers ourselves.

What do you love most about your job?
We love the diversity of our customers. We also get satisfaction on saving our customers up to hundreds of dollars by repairing their device. Customers are surprised they have the option to repair rather than replace their device after its damaged.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Our customer stated they went to a couple other repair shops and were told their phone was "unrepairable". We had the phone up and running in under an hour.

It was fast and quick but it is not like the apple apple screen. it over lap a little on the phone and if you have had your screen replaced before by some other repair place other then apple Store then it’s a extra $20. But besides that it works very well I’m ok with it.

They were very busy when I came by. I was able to drop off my phone and shop around the mall. He really took his time and did an excellent job on the repair. Would come back if needed! Highly recommend !
