What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? By bridging the gap between HIIT, Yoga, and Strength we leave nothing behind. By combining yoga in with functional strength training and high intensity interval training the body is allowed to go further and recover faster with proper mobility from yoga. There’s nothing like going all out for 40 minutes to end in 5 minute yoga cool down to rest in savasana. This is the future of training.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Owner, Sofie has always worked out in HIIT style and functional style workouts with the basic warm up and cool down. In 2015 she started focusing on breath work and mental health by adding 15 minutes of yoga to her daily routine. Her results exploded. Through aligning with her breath while lifting and blending in yoga she was able to lift more, have faster recovery, less injury, and better results. She was on to something. While most hold a gym membership and a separate yoga membership she dreamt of combining the two. She worked on the concept for two years before opening the doors of Synergy. Since then we have helped over 1000 athletes Rise to the Occasion.

What do you love most about your job? The most amazing part of our job from the owner to our top level coaches is see someone come in tired after a long day to only leave with a huge smile on there face. Making a difference in peoples lives by helping them rise to the occasion is our goal. We don’t create skinny people. We create strong moms, productive students, mountain hikers, wave riders, and can doers. It all begins by challenging yourself physically and mentally, that is our Synergy.
