Added $50 Upcharge which seems excessive. No parking, noisy location, asked not to make hair flat on top but ignored. Left with hair not looking presentable in public so need to hide hair for a few days. Did not wash out product. Strong odor. I’ve had many Brazilian Blowout treatments and this is the first time I tried Keratin but I’ve seen better outcomes on the day of treatment.

Experience was okay, not the friendliest staff. If you’re buying the Groupon for the keratin treatment it’s an additional 100$ if your hair is pass the shoulders
