After being seated the manger came out to inform us that they no longer accepted the Groupon. He offered to give us one free meal for each groupon, however the meals did not equal the value of the groupon. The food and the service were poor. We were the only family in the place, which should have been a warning sign. The Blu is located on the 4th floor next to the SF Health Club. The Blu has a deli style take out counter and that seem to be the place were most of their customers were using,. We still spent over combine $90.00 for not so good food. I like to get a full refund.
