We had a great time staying at your hotel. We had a fantastic view from our 5th floor room. Loved the location of it in San Francisco - never stayed there before, but will again. Great, friendly staff!!!!

There could be more training in the use of the Groupon. As I had already given my number and credit card when making the reseration I didn't think to take the actual Groupon. After too long trying to check in I finally asked to use the computer to reprint it. They had also just sold the last parking space as we were printing the Groupon ans the clerk did not volunteer that there was a public lot close by. A little training and critical thinking would go a long way
