scheduling is impossible...do not return calls..the 1st treatment was great..then 2nd treatment the girl was texting while my mask was on (the 1st girl had given me a shoulder massage during the mask)..so many people behind the counter that star at you when trying to sell you something extra :(

I would not recommend anyone to . It was very difficult to get your appointment. (That I understand as so many people have bought the deal). But it was unacceptable not returning your call if you left a message. (That’s how they tell you to leave a call back#) Although I was a bit early for my appointment , I always had to wait for 20 minutes at least. Then they rushed through it. One of the aesthetician was so bad and unprofessional. She used latex glove to do my facial and was pretty much left me inside the room. The other time, my skin was hurt for a few days because whatever the aesthetician recommended was not working.I didn’t get pampered. It was so stressful. The deal was good but I rather spent more to get the service that I want.

My main complaint is that it's so darned hard to get an appointment because they have over-committed themselves AND don't have full-time staff dedicated to taking calls. So you have to call, leave a message (or two), hope that someone calls you back when you're available to talk (otherwise the cycle continues), and then, if you're lucky, you can book an appointment 4-6 weeks out. The stress and hassle of booking an appointment almost un-does the benefits of getting a massage :-)

Would probably go back if there is another deal. Would not pay full price for it though.,.

It is difficult to get a hold of someone when you call, calls are not returned when you leave a message, booking is 2-3 months in the future, my boyfriend and I both had a massage cancelled 2 hours before the appt (yet when I tried to reschedule an appt 22 hours in advance they told me I couldn't) -- very poor customer service. The only good thing was the massage therapists themselves, they were good.
