At Four Seasons Restaurant the chefs serve Vietnamese street foods alongside elegant entrees. Take the pho, Vietnam's popular noodle soup, for example. Diners can order a traditional bowl with beef and scallions, or splurge on one with an 8-ounce Brazilian lobster tail or a solid-gold asparagus. On the whole, though, most of the dishes cost $10 or less, including house specialties such as the barbecue pork served with meatballs and the crab cake served with veggies and ground pork. Vermicelli salads and barbecue short ribs round out the traditional selections.
