At K-Oz Restaurant & Brewery, Executive Chef Carlos takes pride in the details of all of his imaginative dishes. For example, his crispy chicken-topped cheddar jalapeno waffle comes with a tangy Maker's bourbon syrup. For his scotch egg burger, Carlos fries a spiced ground beef and lamb-wrapped egg, stuffing it inside a challah bun with lemon aioli and arugula. Carlos' indulgent eats are accompanied by several brews crafted in-house as well as inventive cocktails, like the Godzilla tea which features Kikori rice whiskey, matcha green tea, fresh lemon juice, honey, and a splash of club soda.

Bar tender (sorry I don’t remember his name, had a beard,pretty tall,super nice) gave me a spit cup when he saw me take out my can of chew and gave us above and beyond service. I am also a bar tender and was impressed by his hospitality and good nature. Next giants game we come too we will be stopping by again to pre game.

Nice place- great staff- (big guy is gruff-n-grumbly but nice underneath) good food and house-made sour beer is the bomb! Don't let the name put you off- K-Oz is mellow and sour beer is tasty. Definitely recommend giving the place a try.
