At K-Oz Restaurant & Brewery, Executive Chef Carlos takes pride in the details of all of his imaginative dishes. For example, his crispy chicken-topped cheddar jalapeno waffle comes with a tangy Maker's bourbon syrup. For his scotch egg burger, Carlos fries a spiced ground beef and lamb-wrapped egg, stuffing it inside a challah bun with lemon aioli and arugula. Carlos' indulgent eats are accompanied by several brews crafted in-house as well as inventive cocktails, like the Godzilla tea which features Kikori rice whiskey, matcha green tea, fresh lemon juice, honey, and a splash of club soda.
