I would strongly recommend patrons wishing to dine there to make reservations first. Although it only took us about 20 minutes before we got an open table it took an additional hour before anyone took our order. We even asked several staff members for assistance but we were told it 'wasn't there assigned area" or "I'll try my hardest to find someone to help you."

The bartenders need to learn that this isn't a dive bar...they kept throwing empty glass bottles with gusto into the bin and breaking glass everywhere. It was loud and obnoxious, I was just trying to enjoy my dirty martini at the bar!!
