Unfinished keratin treatment. Nancy was very sweet and easy to chat with but unfortunately I am very disappointed as the time and money that went into this did not yield nearly adequate results.

Iam sorry that you feel that way please call me i can always do it again in a couple of months with no charge because i think it worked but remember when i asked to come back while starting your car your ends are not too healthy there very dry so please cut them so they dont travel up wards but call me will make it better but usually i use more than enough products

It was great right after I got the keratin treatment! It has barely been 2 weeks and it’s gone already despite using a sulfate free and sodium free shampoo. Was supposed to last for 4 months... :/ quite unhappy. Would have been better if I just stuck to my regular parlor outside of Groupon.

iam sorry that you feel that way ,i wonder if you have done it before because the keratin is in your hair but you need to dry it and iron few pieces please we can do for you w no charge but you have to wait because the keratin is still on your hair so please let me know.
