I was not able to get the service. I was not able to get rescheduled. Groupon has been redeemed however service was not rendered. Reason: I did not bring a towel. Granted my fault it was in the instructions however I am shocked that they just took the money and said they could not reschedule. This SPA place does not use or sells towels. Crazy.

This is a time specialty reserved for you in which no other customer can book, we did in fact offer to reschedule you for a different time on that same day in addition to searching for a towel within the office and calling nearby stores. I’m sorry our efforts were un-successful. You are correct our clinic does not offer linen services and will take your idea in consideration.
