Prices are high for very small portions; a basic hole-in-the-wall location.

Food was pretty good. The owner has a really good personality and very personable. Made me laugh on a number of occasions. The paella was very good. The rice was cooked perfectly. The calamari was tender and not rubbery. This place is expensive though. I've gone the other Spanish places and gotten tapas for a more reasonable price.

The food was super delicious for my first time trying paella, but the service was terrible. Our table was never checked on after the food was brought. We had to ask for our water cups to be refilled 3 times. And at the end of the visit, they denied my Groupon and gave me a piece of paper regarding their policy. I made a reservation and did mention the Groupon which was their policy. It was honored

This place is very strict about their reservation policy and won’t accept most of you read their Yelp reviews about it. I don’t recommend the service as it seems like just their way to get people through the door and charge the full price.

4 of us each ordered 1 small plate. 2 came out together, 1 10 minutes later and 3rd 20 minutes later. The 4th plate was cold. The scallops way to oily with no flavor

From Our Editors

Appetizers are often a tiny fraction of a menu, but at Picasso's Tapas & Restaurant, they're nearly the whole thing. The Spanish eatery specializes in traditional chilled and warm small plates, ranging from mozzarella di bufala coated in cilantro and green-pepper marinade to shrimp, scallops, or clams sautéed in dry sherry. For heartier appetites, the culinary team crafts five versions of paella, chock full of everything from chorizo and pork tenderloin to seasonal veggies.

A generous selection of Spanish wines and sangrias complement feasts, which unfold in an intimate, romantic dining room adorned with Spanish- and Picasso-style artwork. Besides meals, the space often holds evening entertainment such as piano trios, a more melodious alternative to a soloist playing three pianos at once.
