Our office has a 24 hour cancellation policy. C, attempted to cancel her couples massage hours before it was scheduled. In order to allow her to reschedule this appointment we attempted to collect a $30 per person late cancellation fee. To contest the monetary penalty, they attempted to threaten us with bad reviews & unkind language. Our office policies are firm. As a small business our goal is provide the best service possible. We ask that our clients respect our time & office policies.

I've never left a bad review on any business before, and I even waited for a callback from Whole Body Massage about our experience for weeks(as we complained right after our service) but never heard back. I purchased a couples massage with champagne and strawberries. We arrived 25-30mins beforehand just as the website asked of us. The receptionist let us know that our therapist would come and get us from our waiting room 5 mins before our massage time, so no complaints up until then. Our massage therapist came and grabbed us right at the time we were told and right before we were walked into the room I asked to use the restroom, as we had been drinking champagne and water. All the therapist said to me was "we're already behind on time and this is going to burn more into your time". I was a bit confused as they grabbed us from the waiting room just on time from when the receptionist had said. So, I decided I would just not go if that was the case. My actual massage therapist was real nice and she did an okay job which is why I kinda brushed off the encounter with the other therapist. But my partner did not enjoy his massage at all. We upgraded to deep tissue but his therapist pretty much gave him a Thai massage. I understand all therapist have different techniques as I've had many massages before, but if you're paying for a certain type of service it should be done in that style. He was sore (not in a good way) for days and complained about feeling a strain on his legs where she was stretching (not massaging). I'm leaving a 2 star because I actually thought the receptionist, champagne, and my therapist were good. But unfortunately that 1 therapist really just messed up the experience for me and my partner.

Nice massage, very friendly and communicative therapist. The space is not the nicest or cleanest which is why I gave it 4 stars.
