Very disappointed. I will not get into conflict with someone who ruins my hair while I am at their mercy in a chair, but I am not happy about spending almost $100 and got nothing for it but stress and darker hair. I have natural blonde hair which is coming in ash at the scalp as I've aged. I purchased partial highlights to brighten up the top 4-5 inches as I have done previously with no issues at other salons; plus a cut, I needed 2 inches off. She seriously messed up the color, and my hair went dark instead of giving me gentle sun kissed highlights, and spent ages frantically trying to remove her product from my hair, then used color shampoos trying to combat the dark effect it had on my hair. She wanted to completely bleach my hair to fix it, which I refused as I don't want that in my hair. I am very upset about spending as much as I did, and my hair is overall darker after just 2 washes, and no highlights I paid for. I just wanted out of the place with hair left on my head. I want a refund, but likely won't get it. Also wanted a couple of inches cut off and didn't get that either. Literally only a 1/2 inch was on the floor, but at that point, I had to "cut my losses", I still had hair.

I saw Karen today for a cut and deep conditioning. She was great. My hair feels fantastic and looks great. I can’t wait to go back and have her color my hair. Totally recommend her to anyone.

Patty is the best! I love her hair products and the "sola" method made me feel special. We're both from Portuguese heritage, so we're both bubbly, happy, considerate and funny! :)
