The service writer and cashier were friendly. The wash uses machine and hand combo which I prefer, not a fan of all hand car washes, too much variability. However, not five stars cause my detail guy missed the front wheels and later I noticed he didn't clean the rear window very well at all.

The washing, vacuuming, detailing, is done very well. There were no spots and everything was cleaned in a timely manner.
I just don't particularly like the scented air freshener. The Jasmine was too perfumey and vanilla wasn't exactly what I was hoping for.
Other wise, it's great.

My experience was fine. My car got a good wash. In the past, I disliked going to this car wash because they would always try to upsell me and a guy would try to get me to replace my windshield due to a small crack. That didn't happen on this occasion, which was great. I just wanted to get in and out with a good car wash, and that's what I got.
