They were really unprofessional and didn’t honor their add in Groupon they try to get more customers but so overpriced . Don’t get full by their add you end up to pay more at the end

This person did not know how Groupon works, and in the end left without paying her bill. She had been reported to the proper authorities.

Big operation with cool cat-condos lining the foyer walls. Our visit with the vet went well.
Unfortunately, my dog was returned to me unable to be groomed. They claim my 8 pound, 10 year old malti-poo was too aggressive. The groomer also told me that my dog knew how to bite. Their suggestion was to give him anesthesia. It was disappointing that they didn't develope a relationship with my pet and groom him.

Hi Megan! Thank you for your input. Unfortunately, we sometimes have to make this decision when a pet is too stressed during a bath or groom, for the safety of your pet and the groomers. We encourage "happy visits" in this case, where you bring your pet in regularly just to say hello and over time the hope is that the fear and anxiety decreases to a point where we can safely groom your pet. I have been taking my very old, somewhat cranky, long hair cat to Ortega for grooming for years. All the groomers are kind, professional and do a great job! You and your pet are treated with respect here. I highly recommend
