Our board‑certified dermatologist, who has over 40 years of clinical experience, performs a thorough consultation with each patient—including facial movement assessment through smiling and frowning—to determine individualized treatment goals. While some injectors choose to mark the skin before treatment, this is not always necessary depending on the provider’s technique, training, and experience. We greatly value the skills of our medical assistant, who supports our doctor during procedures to ensure a smooth and safe experience. We inform all patients that Botox and Dysport can sometimes require a touch‑up after two weeks, once the full effect has set in. When this occurs, we are happy to provide touch‑ups at no additional charge in the treated areas. We also ensure that patients receive the agreed‑upon number of units determined collaboratively during the consultation. We understand that not every provider is the right fit for every patient, but we are committed to delivering safe, ethical, and individualized care.
