She is the best.I am so happy with the way my eyebrows turned out. She is very good and I recommend this place.

She was okay...pretty unprofessional in her business practices. She cancelled on me the first time and then when we rescheduled she only put me down for a touch up which takes less time and basically told me that it was my fault. She doesn’t send appointment reminders which would be helpful on her part. My brows look good, however I think she could have made them better. She also left me hanging by myself for a long period of time while she was hanging out with her kids and eating. That was pretty frustrating.

The technician was really nice and I liked the color she did, but I feel like the finished result wasn't symmetrical. One eyebrow looks really nice, but the other one I hate; the arch came up a little higher then the other then dropped down sharply and just seems shaped differently. She offers touch ups after they're healed, but I didn't feel it could be fixed. Also, the groupon advertised the service as brow enhancement and didn't specify any exclusions, but when I arrived to my apt she said that the groupon only covered "partial" enhancement. I wish the groupon deal would have specified this then I would have better known what to expect.

Ricki is very professional but t th Sam time very personable. She gives u the information you need and makes sure you understand. I recommend her
