I purchased this for my girlfriend.. She had her first treatment scheduled for yesterday. They didn't get started until well over an hour after the appointment time, the equipment did not function correctly, the staff was not close to friendly, and the visit ended up being aborted because the laser overheated after just a few minutes of use. My girlfriend was blamed for the laser overheat.. as was the weather. Now we're stuck with either trying for a refund or trying again to see if this service is viable. Haven't made that decision yet.
