Our service is geared toward assisting families, working professionals and nutritionally driven people, live better, by eating better. And by eating better, it requires meal planning, a grocery shopping list and enough time in the day to prep, cook and to store the meals. We will do that for you. The menus are personalized to each client's tastes, likes, and needs. A simple meeting to identify any food sensitivities, dietary concerns, allergies, medical alerts and a do not use list, is all we need to make a meal plan.

How does it work?

Meals are prepared in our kitchen, ready for pick-up or delivery. Please live within the greater Santa Barbara area for deliveries. We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your email or phone call and require 72 hours notice for pick up or delivery after the initial consultation.

We focus on the procurement of quality ingredients and their preparation, to your specification. Secondly, we will package your meals in a neat, organized and simple manner for maximum convenience. Sales tax will be added to each order upon pick up or before delivery.
