Go Green Auto Spa, Santa Clarita

I normally don't give bad reviews but was very disappointed in how Green Auto Spa, treated my groupon. I purchased a groupon for Green Auto Spa in 2012 and completely forgot to use it. According to Groupons policy, if the promotion date expires, the cash value never expires. I stated this to the employee who helped me at Green Auto Spa. He gave me the run around and then called his boss Matt, to see what they can workout. I was told Matt would only honor my groupons cash value if I chose a higher washing and detailing service. I normally get a mini-detail and that's what I wanted to use my groupon towards. After being offered other options to use my groupon, I decided to get the higher wash/detail offered. The employee gets me started and taps redeemed on my groupon, and then gives me a ticket for the price of $45. I asked "why is this so high? This is not what's stated on the price list." He told me that he charged me for the price of an SUV wash/detail. I own a KiaSoul, which is not an SUV. So we spent about 5minutes debating on the size of my car. He checked internet on the phone, and found a link summary from ask.com, which stated a Kia Soul is an SUV. I followed with by asking, did you check Kia.com. And he said "No." This is what it says online," he says. A Kia Sorento, Sportage, and Sedona are SUVs. I was tired of the run around, the hustle, the debate and decided to leave. And yes, my cash value is no longer valid at all because he clicked redeemed for a service that was never provided. This happened today October 1, 2014 around 1PM.

My expensive and personal belongings were stolen!

Very slow service and not a very detailed car wash. They used much more water than they claimed on their site.
