I did not feel like our technician was very professional. She popped her gum the whole time that she talked to us. She didn't explain the Colonic and what we were to expect. At the end after completing the procedure she took my daughter off the machine too soon and water from her rectum spilled out.

There was no lymph massage and also I was told when I got there that since this was such a deep discount I would have some guidelines but otherwise be on my own. Also I thought I had paid $50 on a deep discount - but I am charged $75 and will take issue with that so please be in touch with me. I had invoked a discount on a particular day and the last thing I saw was the $50. I am an old hand at colonics therefore in LA could have gotten a more attentive and effective treatment for $75. However the place was clean and pleasant and I know there is knowledge and expertise there but the "bedside manner" didn't exist at all and that was not made clear - even mentioned - in any of the materials. I need to have a dialogue about this. Thank you.

My first experience went well with the colonic . The professionalism is totally lacking the Groupon says 60 minutes, I only received 35 minutes. False advertisement, the technician ( owner) tried to say the 60 minutes means from the time you walk into her office and actually get the service, “is your 60 minutes “ . Bad business on her part , must think I was born yesterday or something!
